I’m Tim Roman — a product and UX/UI designer with 15+ years of experience.

Currently designing digital experiences at Electriqua and Extrawest, I focus on building clean, scalable interfaces rooted in user needs. I believe that great design is invisible — it just works.

My work bridges users and businesses through research, structure, and clarity. I thrive in early-stage, complex environments where design drives measurable growth.

Outside of work, you’ll find me mixing tracks, reading about psychology and design, or spiking volleyballs on the court — always chasing flow, in music and in movement.
